We accept payments via PayPal and credit card, both secure payment methods. We do not receive or store any payment information. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars

Shipping Policy

Where Do You Ship?
We ship worldwide.

Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of purchase. During periods of high demand, such as product launches or sales, shipping times may be extended.

Combined Shipping
If you place two separate orders on the same day, we will do our best to combine them and refund any shipping overages. While we cannot guarantee this, please email us at info@myhandmadespace.com to request combined shipping.

International Shipping
Customs and import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for these fees.

Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within three days of delivery and provide a photo of the damage. We will gladly resend the item or offer a refund.

Delivered Packages
If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or check with neighbors to ensure it wasn’t delivered to the wrong address.

Returned Packages
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid returned packages. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once you provide the correct address and pay the additional shipping charges. Alternatively, we can refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping charges.

– Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
– Condition: Goods must be unused and in resealable condition. After inspection, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
– Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

– PDF Patterns:
PDF patterns are delivered instantly via email upon purchase and are non-refundable.

– Products:
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are not accepted beyond this period. Items must be in their original packaging and condition, free from damage, stains, or odors. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

– Clearance Items:
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
