Prince Charming – Pink Aquas is part of Déjà Vu, a special annual collection where Tula Pink reimagines some of her most beloved prints in completely new color palettes. Rather than reproducing the original fabrics, she created fresh colorways so new makers can enjoy these legendary designs while preserving the collectible value of the original releases.
The original Prince Charming collection was Tula Pink’s second collection with FreeSpirit Fabrics and the one that introduced many quilters and bag makers to her unmistakable artistic style. It remains one of the most sought-after collections in modern quilting.
The beloved Frog Prince print has evolved over the years. Originally released in four colorways, it later returned with four additional versions in the Tula Pink All Stars collection. Now, for Déjà Vu, it has been completely reimagined once again with an incredible 18-color design featuring a vibrant pink background and rich aqua accents.
Tula also revisited the artwork itself. Many of the original prints relied on only two colors, but with years of additional design experience she expanded the palette, adding layers of color, texture, and depth that make every frog, flower, and decorative detail stand out more beautifully than ever.
