Our bonded poly is approximately 280 GSM and features a smooth fabric face bonded to a water-resistant backing. The result is a stable material that provides excellent structure without adding unnecessary bulk. In many projects, no interfacing is needed, making it a favorite for bag exteriors, linings, pouches, organizers, and travel accessories.
Unlike many fabrics, bonded poly does not fray, making construction faster and cleaner. It can also be used for seam finishing by cutting 1-inch strips and folding them in half to create single-fold binding for bag interiors.
