- ½ yard for the lining material
- ¼ yard fusible Woven Interfacing (or more if using quilting cotton for or lining, make sure to fuse before sewing)
- ¼ yard Foam (I prefer sew-in Bosal In R Foam)
- ¼ yard Decovil Light
- 5” #5 Zipper Tape (nylon teeth)
- #5 Zipper Pull (1)
- Zipper End Cap (1)
- 3/4” D-Ring (2)
- 9 mm Rivets (2-6 depending on your straps)
- Chain Strap OR if making a crossbody strap, 3/4 “ Swivel Snap Hooks (2) and ¾” Strap Adjuster (1)

The AnnaBelle Shoulder Bag by Siah Swag gets a sleek, modern look in Charcoal Mora Faux Leather paired with gunmetal hardware. The rich charcoal exterior creates a sophisticated neutral bag that works beautifully for everyday use.
For this version, we modified the strap by incorporating our Chain Strap Extenders in Gunmetal. The chain adds extra length while giving the simple faux leather strap a more elevated, jewelry-inspired look. It’s an easy modification that can completely change the style of a handmade bag.
Inside, Sweet Little Hearts in Fog Water Resistant Canvas (WRC) adds a subtle print while creating a durable, easy-care lining.
Suzanne made this version at 85% of the original pattern size and without the zipper panels. She finished it with chain strap extenders for a smaller, streamlined look that feels perfect for an evening bag or compact shoulder bag.
