Payment Policy

All payments are completed by PAYPAL, a secure payment method, or Credit Card. We do not receive or store any payment information. Products are listed in US dollars.

Where do you ship?:
Worldwide

Shipping Time:
On average, orders ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. At times we may receive an influx of orders when launching new products or sales therefore, shipping times may be extended.

Combined Shipping:
Should you place two separate orders on the same day, we’ll do our best to combine your orders and refund the shipping overage, we make no promises. Please send us an email to [email protected]

International Shipping:
We are not responsible for Customs & Import fees that may be incurred on International Shipments. This is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Items:
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within three days of delivery. Kindly provide a photo of the damage. We would then be happy to resend the item or offer a refund.

Delivered Packages:
If tracking shows your package as delivered, we recommend reaching out to your local post office and/or checking with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to them by accident.

Returned Packages:
Kindly make sure you enter your address correctly at checkout to ensure your package is delivered. If we receive a package that has been returned due to an insufficient address, we’re happy to resend it to you if you provide the correct shipping address in addition to paying the new shipping charges. Alternatively, we’re happy to refund you the cost of the items minus the shipping charges.

Your purchase is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products simply return your items to My Handmade Space 126 Merrimack St, Suite #3 Methuen, MA 01844. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

To qualify for a refund the goods MUST be unused, and in resealable condition, once inspected by us we’ll refund the amount within 14 days. Shipping amounts will not be refunded.

Refunds

PDF Patterns:
When you complete your order, your PDF Pattern will be sent to you via email and available for immediate download. Due to this reason, PDF Patterns are non-refundable.

Products:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returns & Exchanges will not be accepted if they are more than 30 days from delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be in the original packaging in the same condition it was received. Free from breakage, rips, tears, stains, and odors to be eligible for a refund.

Clearance Items:
No refunds will be provided, no exchanges are permitted. All sales are final.
